Hamburgers with yam fritters

This recipe has very little fat, as the word fritter denotes, but the trick is to get the pan hot and the yams shredded so that there is more surface area to get crispy.  Ingredients: yams, garlic, thyme, egg yolks, salt, 1 tablespoon coconut oil.

The hamburgers had paprika, garlic, franks buffalo sauce, marjoram, and a dip of honey.

When the fritters were done, I made myself a snack.
