The first three weeks


All ingredients meet paleo guidelines unless specifically listed. 
Flours are almond or coconut.  Fats are coconut and olive oil (I find coconut oil to make my stomach a little off, please let me know if you notice the same).  Dairy/cream is coconut milk/ cream unless specifically noted.  Salt content is limited in exchange for spice mixes where possible.  Vinegar is fresh with sugars only from the fruit (currently it is fig vinegar) and gluten free.

Beef with cauliflower
Lemon roasted salmon with green vegetable
Roasted berry (whatever is available: blueberry, cherry, grape, frozen bag mix) and carmelized onion pork

Beef and Bok choy warm salad
Ginger Sesame Salmon
Buffalo chicken wings with yam chips
